TUI fly – Cheap flight tickets

Recently booked a holiday through TUI so I downloaded the app as my confirmation email suggested. It won’t show my booking as it says it’s “Unsupported”. Waste of time. Get your act together TUI.

Had to delete app. Couldn’t get it to realise I’m not in Belgium and don’t speak the language. Reverted to it every time I opened the app. Infuriating.

The App Store listing does not make it clear but this app won’t work for some Tui websites. This app works with tui.be, tui.fr and tui.ma. Poor listing. Unfortunately, the other Tui app, which lets me retrieve flight details, doesn’t handle mobile passes for some flights (mine is to US). 🙄

An app that often does not work at all with error messages such as “oops something went wrong”.When it does work the info it gives you is so bqsic that you already know anyway.Very unprofessional app from a company that only cares about profit.Strange that Brussels Airlines app works flawlessly and has so many different facets to it

When I insert my flight booking, I get the pop up message it has been cancelled.

Never seen such a clumsy, ill thought out, badly sequenced uninformative flight app. Completely useless for consumers

Why is half the app in English and the other half in Dutch??? This app is unreadable unless you speak both Dutch and English… Lazy development here, needs sorting asap

When I went to put my booking reference and lead passenger name in to login- it said it had cancelled my booking. My booking is still on the other tui app but wouldn’t trust the tui fly app

Insists on using Belgian language, will not use English

Won’t default to English. People Complaining on here 2 years ago but nothing gets done.
