Why am I getting harassing phone calls at 11:40pm calling to confirm I have a studio apt when I have done that on the app and on a previous phone call?

TULU is an AMAZING solution for small NYC apartments! there’s a lot of stuff i need to use every so often, but have 0 storage space for it. i love having accessing to anything i need without having a bunch of appliances sitting in my tiny apt unused 99% of the time.

Forgot to cancel, and within minutes of getting charged the ANNUAL plan I asked for a refund nicely. They REFUSED consistently. I don’t think I have experienced this kind of customer service before. Usually other companies would just give it back without any hassles - there is no point of forcing someone who would not like to use and pay for the service. And I have not used the service since the trial ended. This shows bad management practice. Would not trust them ever.

I could give it 0 stars I would. I had an issue with them and they wouldn’t provide any sort of refunds even if it’s their fault. There service is so overpriced and looking to get customers with any cost/fees possible. I have learned my lesson!

I hear everyone talking about the Dyson but the Samsung was simple and cleaned my carpet very well... TULU is very convenient.

I love the concept of Tulu and wish them well but they cannot get it together. As a result when I am expecting to ride a bike multiple times now I end up late & have to uber it because the check out function doesn’t work. It’s getting to be ridiculous and the team doesn’t seem to care because it’s been a consistent issue

It stopped working

TULU has great things to rent, high quality appliances, awesome snack selection, and all at fair prices.

I've had issues with the dyson vacuums of my building for months now and when they only replaced one after a long time, it's still not working. I've reached out multiple times and they say they are going to check on it, but haven't had any updates. Their customer service used be to good, now I don't plan on using their services.
