It does the job

Yes, it can be temperamental… But the most recent update allowing submissions to load is life-saving. Thank you for fixing the bug!

Is it still supported?

Had app crashing issue and so deleted and re - downloaded from App Store. Now can’t login on previous account or create a new account.

Completely broken now

Stuck on the “Currently upgrading your app” screen. Can’t progress past that. This app used to be amazing for giving verbal feedback on the iPad. It’s now completely useless.

An app that had promise and then crashed and burned

So I’ve been using the Turnitin app way back since the iPad second generation was released. I thought that the future had come early when I was marking reports on my new iPad while watching the cricket live in the stadium. It was just a nirvana moment. I loved the integration and was pretty chuffed with it all. Then it just went down hill a little and became a bit unwieldy, having to get codes for every single paper I marked. But then, feedback studio strolled into the scene and with it a new fresh shiny app. I was logged in to my institution and had pulled down all my classes to mark! I felt integrated and empowered to break free of the confines of being a desk slave with this sleek new platform. But alas, my story does not have a happy ending. Updates where had, singing in disappeared along with the lack of blackboard integration of Turnitin and so back to the Stone Age of getting codes from papers to get the cohort open in the app. But, at least we have a nice app to work with in iOS, albeIt clunky access to cohorts. Nope. It needed an update. How dare an app be so functional. Throw in all the killbits to drive them back to their desks. Open app. Crash Reopen app. Crash Open subject. Crash Open assessment. Crash Open student paper. Crash Mark said student paper. Crash Lose all summative comments just typed up for that student after mid type crash… priceless. I need some stability in my life. If you are like me, make sure you have another source of stability around you while you use this app.

Won’t open

As several other reviews have noted, the app opens to a white screen and then crashes. Is there a reason for this? I used to love using the app to provide draft feedback. It was so much easier than the web version.

Absolutely horrible

This app rarely ever opens for more than 5 seconds. This needs to be fixed. The interfaces are confusing and everything is extremely slow. You need to fix this pathetic mess of an app.

Always crashes out of app

The worst app, crashes out within 5 seconds after I get on. Fix it now 😡👨🏿‍🦰

Never loads and always glitches out of the app. And even if it does work it takes like 3 days to submit something .

Whenever I open the app it crashes within 10 seconds and all of my classes disappeared.

Crashes within 30 seconds of opening app, every time. Cannot cope with sync issues between browser and app. Has so much potential, but fails to deliver in spectacularly disappointing fashion.
