What a shame! This app used to be so useful but like others I really struggle with it now as it keeps crashing!

Thought this word be great as can dictaphone comments. But I’m basically stuck with all my marking on my iPad and it won’t upload. I even did a test run and that worked. And now it won’t. Should have read comments on here first. Massive waste of a days marking.

Like others, I used to find the IPad App a delight which really helped make smooth work of marking. Now the app is unfortunately completely unusable. Doesn’t synch, and only shows classes as no active classes! When it’s reported, advice is to use the web based service on a PC, entirely defeating the point of having an iPad app in the first place. I rather suspect Turnitin has given up on the App, in which case it would be helpful just to say so and put everyone out of their misery.

Love marking on my iPad, hate losing all the hard work I’ve done due to App bugs & failures. Please make this work again!

It is of no use if it doesn’t allow to mark anonymous work. Please consider adding this feature.

I was a big fan of Turnitin on the iPad but this latest version does not work at all. It opens up shows the classes and immediately crashes and shuts down.

This was a wonderful app. I could mark from anywhere with incredible ease and I used it all the time. I loved it. Now though it simply does not work. I keep optimistically checking for an update to fix the issues, but it doesn’t appear. Best deleted and forgotten, but if I had designed turnitin I would be gutted. Such a fabulous app and concept that is now broken and unusable. If you are thinking of downloading it, don’t bother unless the reviews improve.

I wrote this a while ago. Thankfully, after a while working we’re back on familiar territory: “I’m compelled to use this to mark essays submitted through Moodle and I assume my institution has to pay for anti plagiarism software so this is not a “freebie” and there is consequently no excuse for it being so awful. Crashes ALL THE TIME.” Literally, life-diminishing!

Keeps on crashing for no apparent reason, despite recent update promising stability improvements. Borderline unusable.

I just updated to what was supposed to be an improvement in stability. The app now refuses to open at all. Not clear how I can go back to the earlier version. Very disappointed and frustrated.
