Turnitin Feedback Studio

This app once allowed me to check submissions and grade papers, but it no longer works. I hope Turnitin can rectify this problem because one of their most appealing features was the flexibility that they provided teachers.

It used to work like a charm on an iPad. Now, it has a lot of issues to connect and to have updated information about assignments submitted. I must mark in the web browser. Please bring back a properly working app!

I can’t grade on this app. It is such a disappointment. It takes longer than Tii on my computer, which already is bulky. I was really hoping to make my correcting portable. If I could write on it, it would be worthwhile.

In the past few years this app has gone from bad to worse. I use it for grading of course and it is so uninstinctive and there are so many aspects of this that are not modifiable on the iPad that it makes me feel as if I’d be better off just sitting in front of my computer or downloading the papers to something like Iannotate. I haven’t used it in two years and when I came back to it there were a whole bunch of more Quick Marks for primary and secondary school students and since I teach at a university I wanted to get rid of them. However there is no way to do this and it takes longer to find the Quick Mark categories I want. That is one of many glitches that suggests the app developers don’t actually grade papers or use this app. It’s probably easier for them because they keep buying up rival plagiarism detection companies.

Jumps out of the app repeatedly

If it enabled users to write, scribble, draw, or otherwise personalize the comments without being rooted to the keyboard, I would use this app in a second. The voice comments are great, but the app does not take advantage of all the capabilities of the iPad. Until you make handwriting possible, I will continue to use Notability. Please allow free-hand drawing and writing.

Can not even download it! Wtf

Very hard to use.

For the life of me, I cannot recall even setting up a passcode for this app. Supposedly after three incorrect guesses, it will log you out of your classes. This doesn’t happen - the passcode dialog refuses to go away. I will now try to delete the app and reinstall. Not holding my breath though.

I have this app on my ipad and it works great. But as I carry my iphone around with me everywhere else, it would be helpful if the app also worked on the iphone. Even if it wouldnt let you read documents, it could atleast show you the calander of due assignments and your marks on those assignments. A great app and a great website. just make it for iphone!!
