First day, not so happy

Connecting the app with the lock was challenging, the setup of temporary users don't save the settings

Falta mejorar la comtabilidad con Google Home

Requiere de mayor compatibilidad con Google Home , en específico poder vincular mas de un dispositivo

Mala actualización

Perdí la conexión vía bluetooth a mi cerradura tras la ultima actualización de la aplicación

La cerradura es buena, la app es pésima, se me desconecta de internet siempre, lo cual hace que pierda la funcionalidad, la compré para un Airbnb y fue pésima adquisición

La app apesta, no funciona correctamente. En primer lugar si quieres desbloquear o bloquear la puerta desde la app tarda muchisísimo, y otra: cuando me acerco a mi puerta debería de abrirse automáticamente pero no, no funciona.

I can't open the app at first everything was fine and out of nowhere I can't open the app anymore

Great product, awful app

The lock is good quality and weather resistant, the app is completely useless, which invalids the purpose of using a smart lock. It takes forever to link to the phone, it sends constantly “error” messages, it logs you out for no reason, plus you have to retry multiple times to access the menu as it restarts and closes the app automatically. It could be a great product, but they're not there yet. I would buy any device compatible with the TTLock app instead.
