This version stopped to Work with two ul3 bt i have. It says admin failed login.

The 2.0 version is not working via wifi with iPhone 12. Only via bluetooth. Please return the older version!!

It constantly freezes in iPhone 12. The locker works without it. But the app doesn’t help to config because it seems not everything is available. It could help if it delivers what it promises but unfortunately doesn’t.

After last update the app does not login the administrator. Error “administrator login failed (-1)” and the lock becomes uselless.

A fechadura oferece muitos recursos porém o app é muito ruim , por exemplo você quer controlar a entrada e saída de funcionário na sua casa , mas se você demite o funcionário , tira o seu acesso , somem todos os registros que ele fez antes . O controle de registros oferecido é muito ruim e como temos esse recurso deveria ser muito melhor . Por exemplo , quando uma pessoa sai da sua casa e fecha a porta por fora , deveria só poder fechar com digital , senha ou app para que ficasse registrado quem saiu e qual horário , o que não é o caso . Uma pena isto ! A fechadura é ótima porém o aplicativo muito amador !!!

I bought bridge internet point, but the app aways try to connect as Bluetooth, never ask for internet connection, if i turn off my Bluetooth app doest work, i want to use internet connection in my lock not Bluetooth! Please fix that

The app crashes when trying to set up smart light switch. Even downloaded the app on a different phone and it still crashes. The app hasn't been updated in over a month and I cant even use my light switch as intended.

I have nine Latch 5 NFC locks. The app is very buggy and locks unreliable. I’ve not been able to add users remotely to any of them. I have very strong WiFi signal at each lock. They often disconnect from the WiFi and 8 times out of 10 I can’t add users while standing in front of the lock. I’ll be seeing if there are any options for returning them all. I didn’t go with August locks because of the short battery life but wishing I had now.
