Im struggling to create account as new resident when i fill all the details i get a message that i have exciting account i need to go to recover the account, but i had never had account before, anyway i went to recover the account then i got the message that the profile doesn’t exist. So i don’t know what to do anymore!!!??

I do not receive the SMS to create the account.

Auth works fine but not able to link Emirates ID and phone support did not help muchh.

It doesn’t know the devices login to account , I login from mobile then I login from my Mac and didn’t recognize that there is another device logged in , shame , this app used for all legal activities and its services so bad, also many times I logged in for other apps and it doesn’t appear in the log , how I will check my security?? This app should be the most supported and most reliable app

The app doesn’t work at all. Try to create account, no luck. Allow the app to use my camera, scan my id aaannnddd nothing happened. I saw lots of promotions of this application in Dubai. Strange. iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 13.5.1

Can’t even open the application on IOS system, UAE PASS is important but still a-lot of lacking improvements!
