Please please fix this app. It is required by the government but doesn’t work.

Trying to register , not accepting my email and not recieving codes app is useless

It’s disgusting, even biometric face verification doesnot work properly , i tried to recovery my old account via face verification more then 50 times but it dont working

It seems that most people are experiencing errors and glitches in the app. UAE pass is not working for ANY company which requires it. Whether it’s authentication or whether it’s “sign in with UAE pass” it simply does not work.

This app does not work. It is nearly impossible to get the one time password to work. It takes 10-20 attempts. Absolute rubbish

Rubbish app, doesn’t work at all, can’t believe United Arab Emirate is one of the best modern country using this 3rd class app to facilitate people.

I been trying to scan my passport but the camera goes blurry and no photo can be taken. I can’t do anything till my ID is verified!! What is the point of this app if it’s non functional!!

App needs to be updated, scan, face id nothing works, cant verify my account. I have been trying for the last year but nothing

This app is not functioning properly, the facial recognition does not work. It doesn’t allow to verify account for foreigners living outside UAE.

trying to obtain the pass from UK with Uk mobile number. The sms won’t reaching to my mobile. Appreciate your help to resolve this issue. Urgently required your help.
