Good app, works well if you need to do remote support, and monitor alert. Would like to manage alerts on the app, for muting a site etc. Connection time is also not showing in the app, which is a must.

You will keep getting logged out from your local controller and have to delete and re-add the local controller. Never had this issue until the second last update. Please fix this!

I need to change wifi password . I emailed them & they did not help me.

As of the last 2 updates we are no longer able to connect to our radios to provision them via the app. We get an invalid credentials message. Happening on both Apple and Android devices. Really frustrating for our guys out in the field.

Since about 2 months, the detailed throughput rate on the multi-wan interfaces doesn’t update in real-time if connected by remote access. This issue hasn’t been resolved after several app updates. The Android version of the app works fine.
