The app keeps booting my login after a while then I have to delete and reinstall the app This has been ongoing for about a year now

Faults and useless

Every IP address says 192.168.172.1 makes it impossible to log in on the cloud. I’ve asked 3 times for a fix to edit the ip. Better of using chrome.

App is limited in function

The current app does not provide much in the way of function. Selecting interfaces can show the wrong one, or not show details at all. A standard pppoe interface doesn’t show at all so there is no way to see the status of an internet connection. PoE control seems ok but not if the wrong interface is shown as this could damage equipment.

Crash loop utter reset

So app works great but after resetting settings on my iPhone I can’t get in to the app at all. tried to reinstall the app deleted the data out of iCloud and still same issue. Just get “unlock”once clicked “error passcode not set” Please fix ASAP

Nice and easy

The app was easy to set up, has a great GUI and the colour scheme makes viewing easier on the eyes. The only suggestions I would make is to allow users to set up their display as they would prefer such as removing the notifications and replacing with connected stations or something of that nature. I also don’t like how each time I log in I need to adjust the filter to show only active stations where this I would like to set as a default. Overall a great system.

Crashes Out on older iPad

v2.18.1 (current as of 2021-04-26) crashes out upon start. I can’t get it to run, even after closing all other apps and doing a force-reset of the iPad. My iPad is an iPad Mini 3, running the latest version OS for this model, which is 12.5.2. Despite that it is now a few years old, my iPad still works fine and I have no reason to replace it other than forced software upgrades that then fail—like this one. Previous versions of this product worked OK. If you didn’t intend to support recent but no-longer current versions of iPad OS, please make the last compatible version of this tool available.
