Good but limited

Doesn’t show PPPoE interfaces and the Uplink on Status tab doesn’t work with dual WAN, it just shows the first non LAN port it finds. Otherwise a handy app

Nice but...

It’s a nice app but if you click on “status” then “show interfaces” then when you click on a VLAN or an eth, you get the one below. Eg click on vlan40, get vlan30; click on eth3 get eth2. That could do with sorting out.

Functional

It works. Needs more of the UNMS settings integrated into the app, such as adding users. Missing notification options, should be able to send push notifications on device up/down. Edit to developer response: Notifications would be an excellent edition. Note, having user management is explicitly mentioned as it's something we have needed to do in the field and we're surprised we couldn't reset a users password using the app.

UNMS APP Excellent

Great app, easy to use and very stable, I like the ability to switch to desktop mode from within the app.

Nice app to monitor my WISP

I use this app daily and without it I would be running my WISP blind.

Used to love it.

Upgrade function crashed router. Need to rebuild manually now. Not good.

No real functionality

UNMS has incredibly limited functionality so unfortunately this app has little to no value.

Nice routers, shame about the app

App not particularly useful and still unreliable. Firmware upgrade still fails - the app reports 100% uploaded, then sits there for a minute before completing with ‘request timeout error’. Disappointing given there’s been so many ‘stability fix releases’.

Very limited utility

Ubiquiti do a lot of great things - unfortunately this app is not (yet) one of them. At least for now the app really does not offer much functionality to really monitor or manage the EdgeRouter. For that you have to resort the web UI, which requires a desktop rather than mobile browser. So cant see the point of this app right now other than a nice gimmick with a few network stats.

Okay, apart from upgrading firmware. Either errors out with a sterilise error or sticks at 57/58%. Done across different firmware versions for EdgeRouter X
