Doesn’t work and is slow

Works fine and gets the job done as far as punching in goes, just confused as to why it’s asking for my Face ID before hitting punch in now? I never asked for that to be done in my settings

I feel like anytime I use this app It struggles to function This is the most glitchy and buggy app I ever uses from white screens to login issues several different ways to login which doesn’t work well who wrote code for this a first grader ???
