Good app terrible service

Stay away from them! Very unreliable service. We ordered a taxi in Vinnytsia in advance in evening for early morning. No one came and there was no message that the car was not found, the passenger did not make it to the international bus. Try other services. But the app looks very well, my respect to the developers.

Незадовільно

Користуюсь уклоном вже багато років, останнім часом не можливо викликати авто. Пропонує підвищити ціну, неважливо який клас авто замовляєш. Дуже дратує.

Погана якість обслуговування і хамство оператора

Сьогодні був останній раз, коли я скористалася сервісом Уклон. Замовивши авто класу комфорт, кондиціонер не був увімкненим при спеці +34 - температура в салоні була такою самою. Звернувшись у службу підтримки, я у відповідь отримала хамство оператора. Навіть не привітавшись, він звинуватив мене, що це я одна скаржуся, кондиціонер був увімкненим, і то у мене якесь не таке уявлення про температурний режим. Непорозуміння можуть траплятися, але хамство - просто соромно за такий «сервіс».

More expensive than uber

Prices are some 30% above that of uber. Each time you order a cab you have to indicated your preferred payment method anew. Otherwise works fine
