I really like this app, it’s really easy to order a taxi and it’s really cheap and organized
Scammers
Terrible service. I ordered a taxi with payment by card. The driver arrived and started demanding cash payment. I explained and showed the card from which the money had been charged, but his response was the same: “I don’t care, I didn’t receive the money, pay in cash.” He wouldn’t let me leave the car, but later, with shouting and threats, he pushed me out. I complained to Uber; they apologized and … blocked me. All further complaints are ignored. Wild scammers. There are plenty of other services with proper management and reasonable prices.

Безпідставні погані оцінки клієнтів, які потім формують рейтинг в який впливає на виклик таксі - це неймовірне дно, але вам про це вже казали, і вам все рівно. Не рекомендую цей сервіс таксі
Дуже погано
Ціни вище ніж у всіх конкурентів, але готовий був платити поки була подача авто, зараз навіть із найвищими цінами немає подачі авто.
Жахливий сервіс
Водії ставлять низькі оцінки ні за що! Завжди виходжу завчасно, вітаюсь, прощаюсь, не вживаю алкоголь тому не їжджу пʼяна, не палю, не їм у салоні, обережно зачиняю двері, не розмовляю по телефону, залишаю чайові а після поїздки бачу як мій рейтинг знижується, більше жоден Вам бидло-водій не отримає від мене і зайвої копійки, не те що 20% від ціни замовлення. І клянуся, буду всім підряд лупити 1 і 2-ки після поїздки. Нехай на своїй довбаній шкурі відчують як це. Водії стали вважати себе королями. Ганьба цьому сервісу і вам. Просто жах жахливий. Не вистачає слів щоб описати наскільки ви ганебні
Блокировка
Заблокировали якобы за мультиаккаунт, но так как у меня несколько телефонов, рабочий и личный , и везде подвязаны теже карты для оплаты, сказали читер. Служба поддержки регистрирует жалобу/звонок и нихуа не происходит. Обратной связи ноль, говенные операторы и служба.

Користувався послугами даної компанії два роки, на їздив трохи більше 300 поїздок і в знак подяки мій акаунт заблокували звинувативши мене в якомусь шахрайстві з замовленнями. Просто кончені. Перехожу на Bolt сам, переводжу туди всю родину і офіс.
