Hey, Ultrahuman team, I’ve been using the ring and app for a few weeks, and it’s pretty awesome. The only thing I’m missing is the possibility to change the temperature measure; I learned how to read Celsius, and Fahrenheit is pretty hard for me, hahahaha
As once one very smart man said “ you cannot improve something you can’t see/track..” The ring and its app made a massive shift in improving everyday life, sleep, performance and brain functionality. Customer servís of the company is second to none. I wouldn’t let Apple clean their shoes. Period !! Thank for everything..
App layout is complicated to read. Could have the layout better. Daily. Weekly and etc. Can do something similar to Garmin or Strava app. Also the black background and white wordings are making it difficult to read. Would be nice there is an option for white background and black wordings.
I like the app; it has the potential for 5 stars. What I've noticed is that the stability between the ring and the app needs to improve. Additionally, the workout synchronization with the ring should move out of "beta" mode. There are new releases, bug fixes, firmware updates, etc., but bringing it all together cohesively would merit a 5-star rating instead of 4. Initially, with the old UI, I would have rated it 3.5. However, with this new UI redesign, the app is much more presentable, and features are more noticeable for the end user.
Does this calculate ur rise in stress levels?
From the moment I paid for the ring and paid for express shipping so all duties etc are paid but I was harassed 1-2 times a day to pay for duties and customs. I got a refund for just the cost of the ring no taxes or shipping fees refund. I basically paid $200 to be harassed for a few days…buyer beware.
The newest update does not launch and just says to keep retrying.

The app used to stream to your tv. Doesn't work anymore and the team seems to not care
