Bel effort au niveau de l’application. Mais les relevés ne sont pas aussi précis qu’avec une montre. La VO2 max change et peut passer de 43 à 37 du jour au lendemain… Les exercices de respiration ne fonctionnent pas actuellement, l’app me mets un message d’erreur… Pas de km parcouru à côté du nombre de pas… Assez déçu de mon achat.

La précision des métriques reste perfectible . Entre une montre garmin et un anneau le nombre de pas, les phases de sommeil la VFC peuvent varier du simple au triple ! L’autonomie de l’anneau reste faible. L’ergonomie des informations de l’app, partiellement traduite est largement perfectible. A quand l’indication de la distance parcourue en face du nombre de pas par exemple. Pas d’indication du stress. Bref encore beaucoup de travail en perspective !

App is well designed The data provided is really insightful and helps to maintain good habits Maybe giving an option to change the menu on the bottom as I don’t have the ring and focus on M1 or the other way around Integration with MyFitnessPal lags sometimes but works fine so far

Am cumpărat 6 senzori ULTRAHUMAN, care arată tot timpul o glicemie mai mare cu peste 50/100 procente peste cea reală, măsurată din sânge,analizată în laborator sau masurate nu un al tip de CGM sau glucometru clasic!!! Deci nu funcționează corect și în plus e exagerat de scump, fiind un Free Style ( mare ca dimensiuni) de generația a 2a. Vă doresc un an minunat! La mulți ani!
