Bonne application mais il manque quelque chose
Très bien fait mais lors de la consultation, on se panique pour aller chercher messagerie ou vidéo call. Il me semble, il manque une explication claire.

First of all thanks to all the healthcare professionals out there for putting patients lives before anything else! Secondly, no amount of words can describe the gratitude I feel towards the creators and team behind this app. I am an indian and I live in France. The healthcare is very very complex here and basically getting an appointment with a doctor is near to impossible, we would have to wait 2 or 3 months mostly. The emergency usually takes 4-6 hours and intensive paperworks after which you will be treated. I was searching for an online consultation for something very serious with the skin and potentially life threatening and I was glad I cam through Practo! I got a consultation in mere minutes and a super experience doctor who diagnosed in minutes. The doctor immediately sent me a prescription which luckily was accepted here and I got the medicines and it’s under control now. A million thanks wouldnt suffice the gratitude I feel towards Practo! Excellent app, best health care app for Indians or anyone around the globe ! Kudos team!
