Ulys by VINCI Autoroutes

I purchased the tag easily through the website and the tag eventually came before our holiday, luckily!(it promises to ship with in 48 hrs, it was about 10 days overall and a couple of emails sent and not replied to which was poor) Having said that and read the views of UK customers I must admit I was concerned for my trip. I need not have worried though, the tag worked perfectly and the DD went out of my UK bank account(Lloyds) absolutely fine. If you want a tag that works you can’t really do better than this really, top marks.

Is the app not working it’s said unavailable for 3 days on my phone.

I found the system very useful as I was with my 6 year old daughter who couldn’t reach the toll gate and so I ordered the Ulys tag which was excellent and now that we’re back home, my toll charges are coming through for payment and that is very helpful.

Tried couple of times to send them an email. Nobody answer. I didn’t receive the badge. Ulys is not able to setup the direct debit. I have changed the IBAN two or three times and nothing. They said the bank has rejected the transaction. I checked with banks and they didn’t found any transaction requests in their system. I decided not to go forward with Ulys.

I ordered a tag in July it arrived in a week great service. Using the toll roads in France the tag failed to operate, contacted Ulys and they say I asked for it to be switched off???? Been onto the app and can’t see where it can be switched off.

I use this app but I don’t understand because everything is in French ,can make some option to choose the language?

Nul ! Plus de café offert. Je supprime.

Bien mais il manque un planificateur de route pour l'électrique et il me semblait qu’avant nous pouvions suivre notre trajet comme un GPS sans passer par Maps ou Plan. Chose qui ne se fait visiblement plus.

Archi nul aucun de mes 2 badges n’ont fonctionné….malgré qu’ils étaient correctement placé sur le pare-brise

Nouvel utilisateur Le badge fonctionne mais parfois sur les plus petits axes il est obligatoire de s’arrêter un court instant quand a l’application j’en suis plutôt insatisfait car il faut 3 a 5 jours pour y voir sa consommation Ayant eu une barrière qui ne s’est pas ouverte j’ai du payer avec la CB et je ne peut toujours pas vérifier si le badge a pris ou pas en compte mon passage , je ne voudrais pas payer 2 fois A notre époque pourquoi ne pourrai t’on pas avoir la conso en direct ou bien différer de qlq heures !
