Doesn’t work
Would give it a zero star as it doesn’t recognise the car park code that it gives you! I’m in Canada but the car park is in Germany…great help not!
Can’t add card details
App won’t accept card details, keep trying to input and never appears

Aucune alerte lorsqu’un paiement n’est pas passé. Aucun retour, aucune aide. Je me suis retrouvé avec la voiture bloquée au parking.

Shame on you! To avoid it (at least in France)!
You’re charged for registration! If you are in France and you want to pay the parking it shows you that you should pay 1€, be sure that you will pay at least 10€ and you never get back them. No customer service will help you. They tell you that in 7 days you receive back- it’s just a HUGE LIE! Avoid it!
TOTALLY SHADY
Yesterday, I was in France for the day. I parked and paid for just about 3 hours as I had a job interview. PAY BY PHONE wasn’t working so I decided to go for OPNGO which I’ve never heard of. Registered my MasterCard and paid for €2,70 which appears on the app. However, when I checked my bank account there was a €1 transaction and another €20 under the OPNGO name as well. After speaking to the customer service department, they told me that it wasn’t up to them but something to do with the “Mairie”. Lastly, on my bank account I do not see any €2,70 transaction on top of the €21 about to be debited from my account. You owe me €18,30!!!! I’ll make sure to delete your app after getting my money back.

Bug rapidement réglé
Je corrige ma note qui ne vaut pas une étoile et remonte à cinq. Car le bug sur iOS a très rapidement été corrigé et les développeurs se sont donnés la peine de répondre. J’apprécie, car ce n’est malheureusement pas le cas de tous les développeurs. Un problème technique peut arriver à tout moment, mais lorsque le support est réactif, alors tout va bien. Superbe application ! ————————————————————— Je viens d’installer la dernière mise à jour ce vendredi 20 décembre 2024. L’application crash dès son lancement. Celle-ci est désormais inutilisable. Sa réinstallation ne change rien. Poussez vos tests, si tests il y a ?!
