Unagi: Model One

Trip recording is a cool feature because you could conceivably track rides without the Fitness app which makes these rides an outdoor cycling workout. But even if Location services are granting full permission to the app as always allowed, it still doesn’t show the mapping where you went. So, this app does have a way to go for that feature to work right. For changing everything else…. It’s perfect!!!

I can’t connect my scooter but it looks like it’s a good app regardless.

Used Voyager model from Unagi, at 15 mph setting-not Even the 20 and 150 lb Adult rider and straight Terrain the scooter says 11 mile range, hoping for 10 miles on Advertised up to 25 Range- that’s false advertising 40% of actual range And new it’s $1490!!!!!

App is buggy and will lock your scooter. Company is impossible to get in touch with to troubleshoot.

This app does not work, it does not pair at all with the scooter. Please fix this issue. All the reviews are saying the same.

The app would usually work jus fine for me me but then I got a new phone and since I haven’t been able to connect to my scooter in the app. I can’t even unlock my scooter to use it. It’s like the app isn't allowing me to do so. How do I fix this issue ?

I’ve been a loyal customer of unagi since the beginning, and they’ve gotten steadily worse the more popular they become. Spending $160 a month on two broken scooters is more than I care to throw away, and hopefully this warning will help someone else save some money. The scooters rarely connect properly to the app, and I’d they do, one or both scooter is almost gauranteed to break within a couple weeks. We use our scooters responsibly and take care of them, and I’m once again fighting with unagi for sending ANOTHER replacement scooter after the last replacement broke after 2 weeks. Go with literally anyone else or even save your money here and Uber. At least then you’ll get where you’re going.

The Bluetooth pairing doesn’t work

Got locked out from my own scooter. NO IDEA WHY, and there is no way you can speak with someone. Just to an AI.

This looks like a very nice and informational app, however the app wont seem to connect to my scooter.😔 I hope that will get fixed soon.
