I’ve been using unfold for years now and loved it. It was the best app so far to make posts and instagram stories look nice when you promote your business in social media. I had a collection of templates I purchased through all this years, and at some point I opened the app after a while to realize I did not have access to them anymore, and I had to pay a monthly subscription to avoid a watermark. Very disappointing. To say the least.

Unclear to use. Looks fancy but is just absolutely useless for creating videos. Right off the bat I was unable to set the duration of the video clips for the reels. Upon selecting the videos it offers some useless app generated reel which looks like a demented monkey out it together. The app lacks clear process or instructions how to use the app…I’d stay away from the app
Love the visuals and the style and the potentials to edit it in the app. However, for as long as this app access cannot be shared with the social media manager, there’s absolutely no point in purchasing a premium from this app.

I paid for the subscription in January of this year and after getting a new phone I was not able to restore my purchase. I opened a ticket with support a month ago and so far no solution. I can't believe that in 2022 they don't have any developers to solve a problem like this since I already sent all the information proving my subscription is valid. It's very frustrating to have to spend time looking for my legal rights to resolve something simple like this.
This is extremely upsetting as I bought a yearly subscription for the app and now it doesn’t even load for me. The app constantly crashes and has been for a really long time. Every time I click into the app, I don’t even get to see the logo, it goes transparent like and then doesn’t load, which crashes me, bringing me back to my Home Screen. I’ve checked all my settings and updated all my software and it still has continued
There is nothing on it that is free I can’t find a single free template, don’t download it’s a waste of space unless you subscribe, so for us who can’t afford to add a 75th subscription to our monthly expenses, don’t download. Don’t these company’s realise that if everyone keeps with these horrible subscription based models that they will loose huge portions who are willing to pay up front once off. People only have set incomes monthly, we don’t have unlimited money for constant subscriptions.
If there was a purchase once, even expensive, I would go for that. I don’t like subscription.
App worked brilliantly for the first few months, I loved it. Then it started crashing and my screen would go black everytime I clicked into a story. Also the stories I made disappeared. Really disappointed as it seems like a rlly good app.
