You must have a United Utilities account number (if you are a new customer let us know here https://www.unitedutilities.com/my-account/moving-home/a-new-customer/) *
Compatible with iPhones and will require IOS version 10.0 or above
A WiFi , 3G or Edge connection is required

*you can report a leak without needing your account number

The App will ask your permission before some actions, such as calling us from the App and using your camera for meter reads.

I think it’s better being on the water meater

Metre reading review.

With the App it so simple and easy, my phone has facial recognition it’s, just a matter of adding the number then it’s complicated in seconds.

Estimate

I feel I am receiving a poor service my meter is alway an estimate unless I get it. More effort should be put into reading and finding the correct numbers.

Garbage App

Still living in 2010 with no ability to save payment details or to pay with Apple Pay. Always have issues with their payment system and then get a missed payment on my credit score 👍🏻 Garbage app.

Meter Reading

I love having a meter at home, it’s made me aware of my consumption and the UU app is easy to use. Love it

Can’t see both accounts!

I have 2 accounts associated with my email address but can only see one of my accounts…so in all fairness it’s only 50% useful at the moment! Other than making a payment and seeing a bill there isn’t much more it can do!

Water rates payments online

So quick and easy, especially when you’ve got the app on your phone.

Utterly useless

I went through the registration process, screenshooting everything as I progressed (as I always do) received confirmation of registration and have never been able to log in since. “Details not recognised” Now deleted and I have no intention of trying again, ineptitude that is increasingly typical of UU.

Won’t stay logged in anymore

This used to be a great app but now it won’t stay logged-in despite ticking the box requesting it keeps you logged in. Just goes back to the Sign-up screen so you have to register again. Badly needs fixing.
