EP

L’appareil ne se synchronise plus à l’application, message d’erreur de connexion. J’ai désynchronisé et lié à nouveau l’appareil, même message d’erreur. Trop nulle, un gros zéro

EQ needed

I’m BASS DEAF in 1 ear and TREBLE DEAF in the other. Would be nice to be able to fine tune my hearing aids so I can actually listen to music and watch shows on Tubi, Paramount plus, Netflix and Disney plus.

Poor sound quality

The sound amplification is not bad, but the sound quality is not very good compared to the earbuds.

Review of service

It is hard to understand the words on tv but at times it goes well and I can hear them but mostly it is a struggle

Streaming Music Terrible

Overall the app is good for hearing aid control. Unfortunately since the last major app update listening to streaming music is terrible. Not sure what they did but the sound is awful. Wish there was a way to turn it back.

Tinnitus Volume Control Buggy

There is no way to contact Unitron for app support other than here. The Tinnitus volume control fails to show on the app screens on the Automatic program no matter what you try to do. Because of that, you can not control your tinnitus volume while in automatic program mode. However, if you use a program other than automatic the tinnitus volume control does not show until you you click on the custom program, click on the settings icon, then click on home. Then magically the volume control for tinnitus shows. Otherwise you can not control the tinnitus volume there either.

Can’t consistently connect to hearing aids

Control through this app is nonexistent. Bluetooth connections vary from inconsistent to impossible. I plan to call my provider to inquire about returning my hearing aids. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY!

New app

The new hearing aid app shouldn’t have been changed because now you can adjust it or make adjustments to your hearing aid like you could on the old app adjust bass and treble. They should’ve left it alone

Not connecting

I think the update is not connecting to my phone correctly. It connect but no sound coming out with app and not working as a hearing aid either. This has been awful.
