Signia
Just received my new Signia Silk hearing aids. They are in the ear aids. Love most things about them, except you can’t adjust them individually on the app. I have different levels of hearing lost in each ear, so this feature would be of great benefit.

Crappy features for the price you pay when a $200 pair EarPods have 10 times the user interface features… these people are ripping the disabled off!!!
Can’t believe how bad
Terrible app. Can’t believe someone would put this out. Always been a problem and this new one won’t even open. Don’t people test things before? This would get people fired if the company cared about their product.
This is a terrible app
Where to begin? Dropped the Cros which I use all the time, meaning I have to adjust on the aid itself. Does not properly increase the volume on the tv modeVery annoying. Also now the induction loop is no longer working. It seems to have paired with someone else's tv plus a laptop I do not have. I have used induction loop system for years and have never had this problem.
Constantly have to re-pair
This is so frustrating. Every time I charge my aids or change my phone from aids to speaker (so someone else can also listen to something), the phone won’t reconnect with my aids and I have to go through the whole pairing thing again. I have to put my aids in the charger to shut them down so I can do this. I don’t have my charger with me when I am out of the house so I’m stuck. Ridiculous.

App Frozen
I depend on the app for hearing adjustments according to where I am. The app won’t open and has been like this for a week or so. I don’t know what to do now.
Slow or frozen
Best case scenario…..since the last update, the app is dreadfully slow but most times it’s just frozen. I’ll change my rating once this is addressed!!!!
