This App just tells you how little Hard Rock Cafe care about their loyal customers. An utter shambles and people who have lost years of visits and history because they couldn’t be bothered to make sure the app run smoothly before launching it.
Having been a customer of the HRC in London since I was in a highchair I have been part of their reward schemes since the days of the All Access card. My parents still remember visiting HRC back in the 70s and it soon became the go-to place when they visited the city a few times per year. For those of us who moved from All Access to Hard Rock Rewards this seemed like a step backwards for cafe customers but it still offered some benefits for us regulars. The new Unity card however shows that HRC customers are seen as nothing more than an inconvenience as the company prioritises their shiny new hotel and casino customers. I totally understand that’s where the profit is but I just feel sad for those of us who have been regular customers for so many years. Hopefully one day us HRC customers will be respected by the company again, in the meantime this sorry state of a loyalty card and buggy experience is what we’re left with.
Where are all the cafe visits? No map and no locations listed!!
awful and complicated, never mind they didn’t transfer my history visits in 4 months time, I also can’t add manually my receipts
This app is absolutely rubbish, it is so full of bugs you should be ashamed to have even thought of releasing it. Even trying to login is nearly impossible due to bugs on that screen which takes you down a rabbit hole to feedback if you dare touch the wrong part of the screen. With no way back!!! As I said absolutely crap.
app does not work, reported to customer service who said they did not know who came up with the unity idea, couldn't help and said try phoning or going to players club instead
Promised all my previous visits would move across and that was over 6 months ago - they haven’t - been to 3 restaurants in different countries and a shop - no points ever show up and customer service never bother replying . Awful app awful service .
App wasn’t really up to the launch of Unity Still telling me my points will expire even though I’ve used my card. Needs a bit of work. Also the scan QR code seems to have disappeared
