Shocking mobile app
Terrible app that NEVER works and is infuriating when Virgin MAKE YOU use it fir everything from booking restaurants, tenders, events etc. SORT IT OUT! Plastic app for a plastic holiday. It’s expensive and you can’t even get the main tool right!
My phone is burning
The app drains my phone battery real quick and before I can decide what shore thing to book the phone is already getting so hot that I need to put it down .
It wasn’t that bad few years ago !!! What happened to you Virgin ?!!!
Fur coat no knickers!
This App is branded Virgin but does nothing at all to match the brand image!
Its cheap and nasty, doesn’t work and despite the money Virgin Voyages must make surely they could find a company to build an app worthy of the brand and their customers.
It never works! Currently we cannot add bar tabs to our booking unless we call, so I call but am told they can’t be paid for direct and I have to go back through my agent 🙈 first cruise coming up and I hope it’s better than the app 😩
This App is pathetic
We haven’t yet joined the cruise and are trying to get the two of us signed onto the App. I have an iPhone 15 with the latest software updates so the phone is definitely not an issue. The App continuously hangs up.
We cannot get our second sailor added nor check in or book restaurants in advance.
How can Virgin release an App as poor as this when they’re selling their cruises as allegedly high end????
Hugely disappointing and concerning
Bad update
Updated the App as I was forced to do and now it doesn’t work at all, so great. Absolutely not an upgrade

Would give give it minus if possible .
Almost everything on board excellent- but need App to access -so completely let down by the App.
Made worse by intermittent internet connection.
On arrival at Sailor Service much better internet connection- which makes it appear you are complaining needlessly !
The app is useless
The app is awful and makes the whole experience stressful, the cruise is amazing but the lead up is a nightmare. The only time the app is good is when you’re on the boat which is pointless because everything by then is all booked up! It’s makes you not want to book the cruise

Rubbish app and rubbish service won’t book again
Sadly they never seem to test on Apple. They say everything is working on their end and refuse to support or book anything for passengers.
The app looks good just doesn’t work for booking when on Apple.
Disappointed, it causes stress and I definitely won’t book again as the only option is the app for restaurants, gym and off shore activities.
Never ending loading screen
Seems to just get stuck on a loading screen and you can’t report the issue via Apple so they’ll never fix it.
Virgin Voyagers app not working
The app accepts my password and then just indicates something has gone wrong and sends a report (3 times)
I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times
It works fine for my wife in her phone (we have the same phone model)
If I try logging in via website instead I get the same issue.
No response ever comes to the reports sent.
No information or contact points listed to resolve the issue.
I’ve wasted a lot of time trying to resolve this. Can’t get it to work
