Can’t see the map at all. I only see the stuff and everything but not the map. Pls fix this.

(Old review)As other reviewers have mentioned, the map does not show up. This has been an issue for quite a while now. It used to work fine. This is also an issue only for some devices. Please fix.

I cannot see the map at all!! I deleted the app multiple times, logged in and restarted as well but still no map whatsoever

I downloaded the app a while ago, and it has worked fine up till recently. The map no longer shows up on the app at all.

This app is great it has the exact locations and how/where to het them but as in lately i cant see the map at all. It's all white with icons all over. I have no idea what im looking at.

Nothing loaded and said my email i never used before was taken.

I used to love this app to help with my exploration and resource farming on Genshin. No in-app purchases that made it difficult to use. Easy to track progress and mark off found items. However, the last few times I’ve gone to use it, the map just isn’t there. You can still choose what you want to show up on the map (resources, occuli, waypoints, quests, etc.) but the map is simply a white background. PLEASE FIX THIS!! It was my favorite guide and all the other apps have a paywall or glitchy interface.

Please update this gorgeous app. Don’t let it die
