i cant tick found because it says it failed

It was fine at first but then I can’t click ‘Found’ anymore. Please fix this, I really really love this app so much since it helps me a lot.
It was great until it have bugs
I can’t mark “found” anymore. Each click only state failed. Please solve this as soon as you can. It has been like this very long time already.
About pro version
I’m curious about how long is the membership duration per buy? In the app it only state the price but not the duration. So i was wondering bout it
