Recently I found this app buffers in WiFi connection and need quite long time open an article (in downloaded content) but as soon as I switch over to cellular data it resume immediately. And this occurs every time and every where. This problem started approx 2 mths ago. I am using iPhone 15 promax with recent update.

Why is this app not working properly in ios

The latest app version is the buggiest of all time. The app stops responding all of a sudden and can only be re-accessed after force killing the app. Fix this asap, please.

I used it for over a year But now the app crashes 2 min after I open it It says “content incomplete, required application files are missing please restart the app with valid network connection” I uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2/3 times I even updated the iOS WiFi is also working fine I can make a search go to a content also during this 2 min but then the app closes Please help

the offline version of 1.3 GB cannot be download beyond 7MB..

I absolutely love this app and use it religiously. However, in the last 5 months, its been glitching and I’ve had to relaunch in everytime and start over. If the app is fixed, my rating would be 5/5

The frequent and incessant notifications to login to hospital network has become annoyingly frustrating. Even when you follow its instructions and authenticate through hospital network the annoyances don’t stop. I’m about to give up.

This app used to work great but now is all glitchy. Tried uninstalling it and re-installing it without improvement.

The service provides good content. However, as bad as their app is, their customer service is worse. Using the app on mobile comes at an extra subscription cost. The fact that it is currently unusable is inexcusable. They cannot even understand the problem. There is a lack of comprehension of the written word on their part, no matter how clear or specific the problems are communicated.

I have had the app on my iPhone for several years and I get a notification every 90 days to reauthenticate thru my institution which I do. This last notification I took care of, but the notification won’t go off of the app so it’s constantly looking like I have a message or something I need to read or take care of. I’ve clicked on everything I can think of within the app, I’ve logged out and back in, and I’ve deleted the app and downloaded it again, and the notification number is still on the app icon. I also tried to turn off notifications in my phone settings and it won’t show this app to me to do that. It only did this within the past 2-3 weeks so I’m guessing it’s an update issue. Please fix!
