Shipping might take a little while but overall really good!

Delivery is slow. I bought more than 25,000 yen, but I got an email saying that I would take a shipping fee of $ 30 and deliver it on August 18, but I couldn't even track it because I couldn't enter my phone number. When I inquired, it has not been delivered yet. American Eagle has already arrived in Japan with no shipping charges. Work is slow! Moreover, it will be delivered in two parts, and the fee for changing the payment of the card will be doubled! Do not be silly

クレジットカードで決済されたはずなのに、カスタマーサービスから決済用コードを教えろ云々の問い合わせが来て困りました。クレジットカード会社にも問い合わせをしても決済は通っているはずだとの返答。その旨をカスタマーサービスの担当者と数回やり取りしたけど、コードが要るのと一点張り。結局キャンセルして貰う事に。少々高いけど日本サイトからの方が関税も掛からないし、商品が届くのも早くて追跡出来るのでおすすめです。
