Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Urban outfitters online shop.
très très mauvais, ne commandez pas!!
ma commande est arrivée en 2 parties, un des artciles est arrivé en XL au lieu de XS, un de mes articles n'est jamais arrivé, j'ai contacté une dizaine de fois le service client (sur tous les réseaux sociaux et mails possible) et ils continuent de m'ignorer, ma commande coûtait 75€ mais avec les taxes j'ai payé plus de 150€, tout ça sans recevoir le total de mes articles. je ne recommande vraiment pas ce site car ils ne savent même pas rembourser ou envoyer les articles manquants, même une reponse aux blaintes ils n'en sont pas cabables!!

Tolle Kleidung, schlechter Service
Die Kleider und die App können noch so gut sein. Wenn es nicht funktioniert, ist es meiner Meinung nach zu schlecht. Ich habe Kleidung bestellt, in meiner gewohnten Grösse. Als ich sie, vorzeitig sogar, bekommen habe, musste ich feststellen, das sie alle Shirts oversized sind.. Wurde beim Produkt in der App aber nirgends angegeben. Ich hatte zudem keinen Rücksendeschein erhalten und meine Bestelnummer war nicht in deren System. Ich warte nun 1 Monat auf einen Schein und die richtige Adresse. Auf der Webseite wird die in England angegeben, mir wurde aber vom Kundenservice gesagt, das diese für DE nicht gültig ist. Auf Fragen werden beim Kundenservice nicht eingegangen und auch wiederholt die falschen Fragen gestellt.
