Lots of languages, it needs some fixing
It’s nice to see lots of languages. Some of the audios are not correct though.
Misleading. You have to buy ‘coins’ to try features
First when I tap on a topic to practice, the app tells me I need to sign up to be able to access it. I sign up and verify my account, then when I tap on the topic it now tells me I don’t have enough ‘coins’ to access this topic. The only way to have coins is to purchase them.

Why no English translation?
I’m trying to learn Telugu but it’s all in Telugu there is no English translation when I play the games! How am I supposed to know what it means no point of having and playing these games without knowing the English translation!

Some of the Japanese words are super polite and not used by Japanese people. It could have been more simple.
Good app, could be better
Please give the option of having the written version of the text in the games. For things like pinyin, the audio supported by the pinyin on the screen will give better pronunciation. Please do this!
Excellent app
To people whinging that the games are hard, of course they challenge you, this is learning a language, not playing candy crush. You need to study the phrase lists to be able to use the games to test your knowledge. I did purchase access to 6 languages on special so I don’t know how fast you earn coins, but I’ve got nearly 200 built up from not much work. I have used this for Chinese (mandarin- just revision on uni work), Japanese and am working on Slovenian. It won’t give you a deeper understanding of grammar, just what you glean from given phrases, but to rote learn phrases and key words/vocabulary this is a robust app that gives access from many languages to many languages.
Great app, and the customer service.. exceptional.
I’ve been using the baby version of the app for a long while. Only recently have I upgraded to this full version. It is a great language learning app. I’m a fan of the Pimsleur language learning method, and this resembles that method. The customer service - another level again. They were absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout a whole problem I was experiencing. I dealt with the same person throughout, which I appreciate (instead of random team members picking up the thread along the way, and only half knowing the history). Very fast response times, and they will endeavour to find a solution that pleases you, even if it puts themselves at a disadvantage. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.
