Kalau playbacknya lama banget loadingnya itu kenapa ya? (Kalau live gak masalah)

Min kenapa kok gak bisa lihat hasil rekaman?? Padal hasil rekamanya suda ada di card??? Cara buka video nya gimana??

Saya sudah menggunakan aplikasi ini hampir setahun. Awalnya bagus sekali,sangat membantu. Tetapi sudah 2 hari ini,tiba” aplikasi ini tidak bisa digunakan untuk memantau cctv dari jarak jauh. Jadi saat saya ada di luar rumah,saya tidak bisa memantau cctv di rumah. Tertulis offline. Saat saya sudah berada di rumah,baru saya bisa memantau cctv di rumah. Padahal kan kita memerlukan aplikasi ini untuk membantu kita memantau cctv di rumah saat kita berada di luar rumah. Tolong bantuannya. Saya sangat memerlukan aplikasi cctv online. TQ

I can operate to see the cctv but why the light can’t turn on and don’t have menu “light”. Please anybody help me to fix my problem??

The WiFi connection is so bad that all 5 of that I install non is working continually... some every 3 days had to be restart, otherwise off line👎🏻. Some not able to connect at all... This camera is very useful because the 360 view, unfortunately is the worst in reliability.... I used 4 brands... 1 more brand total damaged in 3 weeks after cloud trial expired, camera not responding to reset.. 2 brands are working very well.👍🏻

App need update cant connect to camera

I have had my camera for a week now and it’s okay, I mean I can see what’s out front. But one thing I don’t like is it won’t take screen shots and it won’t record for some reason. I’ve went threw the settings and set it to auto record but still nothing. Also wish the quality was better but for the price it’s not bad.
