I am connected to 6 cameras, all going well then I realised scrolling down to the last camera and you can’t select the settings icon because it is behind the menu bar? You can hold down on the screen and move up and can see them but once you let go to try and click on it it drops behind the menu bar 🤔 I’m using an iPhone XS all software on the cameras and the app are up to date. Can you advise please? After a while of using they are so slow and no upgrades ?

Complete and utter load of rubbish and no longer works, worked ok if a bit laggy for a few days then nothing, it just died. Now all I get is constant password / user issues never links to anything........garbage utter garbage

Crashes when you try to preview play back from a different day ! Bugs need to be fixed

Rotten instructions in box, clearly the translation guy didn’t really know English! That said, easy enough to set up (today) but already suspect I may have issues with the auto function for the lamp turning on when dark. Have managed to pan/tilt/zoom and capture stills - about to stick flash card I to it which I hope will allow video capture. Only operated it from app on phone when in the house - will check to see it works via 4G connection from work tomorrow (20 miles away).

Always crashes when trying to view new camera, totally rubbish

It won’t find WiFi and also can’t excess the setting to set it up and when you do a lan search it won’t find wi fi

I am not happy with this camera. It doesn’t want to connect with WIFI. Everything set up properly but still doesn’t work. Washington money and time.

Apart from the initial difficulties setting the cameras up, most of time I can’t get a connection to the server.

I have been using this product for over a year and every 2 days I have to switch to the device off and switch is back on before I can use it. Most of the time when I open the app the device cannot be found . This is a waste of money and I hope the developer will do something about it because at the moment it not serving it purpose

Trying to hook this camera up to the WiFi or mobile is a nightmare. You seriously need to make it much easier. When you get the camera working, good pic, but doesn’t last long, till you have to try and reconnect again, which means a complete reset again. Think the camera is going back at this rate.
