Waste of time and money I can’t even get it to connect to my home wifi!

Had this app for over a year, was working well until recently it no longer prompt notification when motion alarm detected movement. Also, the new ad at the launch of the app is unnecessary. Would have paid for a no-ad option since I’ve already bought several ip cameras.

I brought this one because the last one I brought you also need a it degree to set up highly disappointed just another paper weight

Once I worked out how to set up the camera it’s a piece of cake. They actually work very well and are value for money. I had one that stopped working and it was replaced without question so I intend to buy more cameras as spares.

Have had this product for 2 weeks and still cannot connect to network. The app doesn’t seem to configure and won’t connect.

5 hours to get it to work... wouldn’t have a clue how to download the files to to an outside program to view them ... the video files when selected within the set up don’t automatically run when selected .... the only thing I’ve found is you have to push the slider manually which is a pain in the posterior and time consuming ....only to find nothing ... only to do it again with the next file. Help is required to sort this out

Camera won’t connect instructions are useless I bought several they are a total waste of time and money so if you haven’t bought it yet then don’t

Camera accessible through app on the same wifi network but not remotely through mobile data :(

I have had my camera for a week now and it’s okay, I mean I can see what’s out front. But one thing I don’t like is it won’t take screen shots and it won’t record for some reason. I’ve went threw the settings and set it to auto record but still nothing. Also wish the quality was better but for the price it’s not bad.
