Why was the option to turn off the wakeup sound removed? Do I have to listen to this ridiculous noise each time I turn on my bike?

* No keys are needed, your bike smartly recognizes you. Unlock your bike with just a tap or create a personal unlock code to easily unlock your bike without your phone.
* Check how much battery your bike has (and Powerbank if you have one).
* View your current speed, distance, and ride duration on your in-app live dashboard.
* Adjust your bike settings instantly on the home screen. You can change your motor assistance, gears, lights, bell sound, and other bike sounds.
Rides
* Look back at every trip with a detailed ride overview.
* You can view every journey, including the time, distance, maximum and average speed, if you stopped, and how much battery it cost.
* See how you compare to other VanMoof riders in your city and across the World.
Garage
* Find all of your bike information, change your bike settings, and view your MyVanmoof profile.
* Share your bike with your friends and family.
* Mark your bike as missing and send in the Bike Hunters.
* If your bike has Apple Find My, you can see the current status.

Waar blijft de update met auto-licht calibratie
Automatisch licht
Sinds de nieuwe update deed mijn verlichting het weer. Hoera! Jammer dat deze weer na 5 minuten weer uitgaat tijdens het fietsen. Niet handig als het donker is. De instelling staat op ‘automatisch aan’
Op de goede weg…
VanMoof is sinds de overname op de goede weg, mijn VanMoof X3 heeft helaas Error 44, een reparatie in Rotterdam mist nog wel helaas, en weet ook niet hoeveel kosten daar aan verbonden zijn. Het is een fijne fiets, alleen als iets niet werkt, dan moet je zelf doen of naar reparatie gaan. Ik heb er vertrouwen in.
Last firmware update issue locking the bike
Since the last firmware update, locking my bike doesnt “hold” the kicklock button: only the alarm is on, the bike is not really locked. I can only solve it to unlock the bike with the app and then lock it again, to have it really locked. Sad that this hasnt been solved.
Achterlijk batterij verbruik
Battery drain 52% door VanMoof app achtergrond activiteit. Belachelijk! Is dit de kwaliteit van het nieuwe VanMoof 2.0 ?
Not connecting
My bike (S5) is not connecting to the app/phone and customer support are not helpful at all: they're referring me to service partners which have already told me they can't help me.
Opeens aangepast
De verbinding met mijn ‘VanMoof Smart S’ is opeens niet meer te maken. Bluetooth maakt nog wel connectie, maar de software maakt plots geen contact meer. Het alarm is niet meer uit te zetten, waardoor ik niet meer op de fiets kan rijden. Zo te zien heeft VanMoof vandaag haar app totaal veranderd. Tamelijk waardeloos, want nu staat mijn fiets zomaar ergens op straat.
Opslaan gereden ritten
Het gaat nog wat te traag als de gereden rit opgeslagen wordt. Beter zou zijn deze lokaal ( op de telefoon) op te slaan en daarna pas naar de server . Nu parkeer ik de S5 en zie dan geen update van de gereden rit omdat ik te ver weg ben van de fiets.

Afgelopen week een update ontvangen van de fiets. Vanaf nu werkt het seinlicht weer van de VanMoof S5!
