It was impossible to create an account, not via the app, nor via the website. Error messages or pages all over. Very bad experience.

Worst client service ever!
They don’t reply when you send a message, there is no email adress to be found and when you call they can’t even answer properly! It’s better to use Lime when in Paris!

Première fois que j’utilise Velip Première difficulté trouver une borne qui fonctionne Quand on a réussi après appel au numéro renseigné (personnel agréable) trouver un vélo qui roule correctement Peut être qu’en période de grève velip a t il été surmené De retour au pays Belgique je fus surprise que l’on m’avait prix 3 fois le montant de 600 euros comme caution alors que je n’ai utilisé finalement que 92 minutes le vélo ces montants sont en plus bloqués durant 20 jours 😩😖
Horrible app, even worse service - avoid!!!
We made a mistake of trying to use it in Paris. It was a waste of money. 80% if bikes were out of order. It was impossible to find more than 2 working bikes at once even at full station. Horrible support when tried to call. App itself crashing, displaying black screen, or simply showing you out of service. Please avoid this service all together - save yourself some money.
Connexion obligatoire
Bon d'accord pour savoir en temps réel quelles sont les disponibilités des stations, il faut être connecté mais pour simplement savoir où il y a une station ce serait bien de pourvoir le faire hors connexion avec le GPS.
