Bike-sharing has never been so easy
Open the app and activate your location services to find the closest docking station with available bikes.
When you arrive close to the station, press “Unlock a vel’OH!” and choose your vel’OH! from the list of available bikes there.
At the end of your ride, a notification will be sent to your mobile confirming the safe return of the bike to a docking station and you will be able to share your experience with a community of active users.

Access the service as a group
You can borrow up to five bikes at the same time with the “vel’OH! officiel” app. Spread the word! Whether you have an annual pass or not, you can purchase up to five additional short-term passes in just one click.
Collect points
Use the app to actively contribute to the good operation and improvement of the service by giving feedback on your bike at the end of each ride, or by flagging a defect to the technical service.

Telephone support
Access the history of your rides and passes, and contact our support team easily – by phone (in English and French) or via the app.
The bikes are in need of more frequent visual and physical check-ups and regular maintenance. Some bikes have visibly broken components (and you take them anyways due to limited availability). On some bikes the damage is not apparent until you start riding them (and by then it’s too late and it’s not worth it to come back and change them).
Simply doesn’t work
I’ve been downloading and installing, adding credit card information for 30’. Now, I’m in the app, none of the bikes get released “Oops, a problem has occurred” is the best message they can come up with

Review function broken
Starting a few months ago, I stopped being able to leave reviews. I noticed around that time that the quality of bikes became much less reliable. This week I found a 3 star bike that had no seat. What was a good service has become a total crap shoot, and often a big waste of time.

2 euro for a day pass is pretty nice. the bike seat didn’t really work but what can you expect for that price..? i probably used 2 euros of electricity. so far it doesn’t look like a scam or anything

Supposed to be if you need a bike the nearest station has it right well now merl the stations are empty almost 24/7
Terrible service
The app is almost comically bad: minimal changes, like an expired credit card will cause it block, crash and at times even block the phone or browser! The availability refresh is extremely slow, often showing available bikes when there’s none. In general a thoroughly amateurish and incompetent effort.
Dark mode issue
For some reason when I put the phone in dark mode you the colors invert and you cannot see any info about the bike. Please fix!
Cannot take bike!
App is great. But there are always lots of bikes in the stations and I cannot take one because they are not charging. I should be able to choose if I want to ride the bike without the electrical boost! Or better yet, you could fix the bikes!
