Ride a bike has never been so simple
Open the app and activate the geoloc service to find the nearest station with avalaible bikes.
When close to the station, press « release a Vélo’v » and pick yours!
At the end of your trip you receive a notification on your mobile which confirm that your bike has been properly returned and ask you to share your experience with the Vélo’v users community!
For a year, a day or even a trip: find the plan that suits you!
The Vélo’v officiel app offers you the choice between different plans. The first 30 minutes of each trip are always free. Your credit card payments are secure.
One plan, several users
You can borrow up to 5 Vélo’v simultaneously and invite friends to discover the service with the Vélo’v officiel app. Holder or not of an annual Vélo’v plan, you can buy up to 5 short-term plan in one transaction!
Get rewards
Participate to the service and its improvment by evaluating your bike at the end of your trip, report a default to the technical service in the app or turn back your Vélo’v in a bonus station.

Unprofessional
Complicated, not selfexplaining app. Everything new „Ooops“ error messages instead of easy access functions. Find out by yourself, how to use this app. For Lyon people okay, for tourists hard to use.
Complicated
Way too complicated for just one ride … at first you have to study the individual Abonnements. Not useful for short time usage / touristic purposes. Cost structure models are not to be understood in a minute. Payment methods to be improved. Pro: Number of bikes and stations
Honestly!? 39€/for this junk bike!?
I‘m really dissapointed! 4€ per day and 35€ for 6h riding this broken and squeaky bike!!! Honestly!? Way too much! I thought 4€ a day, that‘s it! You‘re homepage is very misleading! Never again and no recommendation for anbody!

J'ai essayé de m'inscrire via l'appli. Le menu a affiche que je vais recevoir le mail d'activation mais je ne l'ai jamais eu. Apres j'essayé vie le site internet, ca a fonctionné.
