VELUX ACTIVE with NETATMO

App works fine for me but the addition of Alexa integration is needed for five stars!

This app was working perfectly until just recently-having problems re-registering skylight blind and window controls. App seems to hang on completing registration. Suspect problems connecting to server

I bought the skylights some time ago, and our reno is finally nearing the end. So I am now experimenting with but not fully using the home automation and climate control features. That said, they do work so far and very intuitive. The ability to group or separate windows is helpful and cannot wait to integrate into full Apple HomeKit automation to be set into scenes.

Need work to simplify de connectivity with wifi

Excellent implementation!

I have two other indoor air quality sensors and Active is pretty consistent with the readings. The fact that it’ll open my skylights when needed due to CO2 or just to air out is very cool. I would previously text my wife when my phone got a bad air notification. I also have two skylights in my bedroom with blinds. It’s an old house and the blinds shut when this attic room gets warm in the summer. I still have the remotes that came with the skylights, but just as backups. I run all controls off my phone now. I’m close to having it connected to my thermostat too. I want it to turn off the AC when it opens the windows in the summer.

App keeps loosing contact to windows, I have to reset windows every few days if I want the app to control them.
