You can remotely monitor and control your home’s indoor climate with key indexes for temperature, humidity and air quality, and receive alerts on your Smartphone when automatic regulation is on-going.
AIR QUALITY DASHBOARD
Track your indoor climate with individual temperature, humidity and Co2 dashboards. Click on the parameter, to see details about your indoor climate right now, within the last 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days.
REMOTE AND VOICE CONTROL
Whenever you want, wherever you are, you can use the App, Apple HomeKit, Siri voice assistant or dedicated smart remotes to open and close your electric VELUX INTEGRA roof windows, blinds and shutters.
AN EASY EXIT
Placed at the front door, the wireless departure remote adds a layer of convenience to leaving the house. Pressing the remote activates a preset departure sequence, closing all the smart roof windows throughout your home and activating the secured ventilation mode. The same departure scene exists in the App.
EASY INSTALLATION
This solution comes pre-programmed and ready to operate, autonomously and dynamically. It is compatible with motorized VELUX INTEGRA roof windows including ones that have already been installed. Even a manual roof window can be compatible by adding a retrofit motor.

Awesome app
Very user friendly
Great, but could be better
It’s great that I can add my skylights to HomeKit, but seems strange that in HomeKit they cannot be grouped, as they are grouped in the Velux app. As others have said the app can be a bit slow. The automations only allow for certain parameters. I think it would be great if these could be extended. ie to allow them to be opened and closed on temperature. Currently I do this through HomeKit, but if the skylights close due to the rain sensors the HomeKit status can be wrong.
Please fix automations!
Love the functionality of the app but the automations feature is seriously buggy I just want to be able to open and close windows automatically at a particular time but the page to select time doesn’t load!!
A fine product
Having come from 6 manual opening pitched roof products to switching to all 6 solar powered opening products and with the app, this system is a no brainer for ease of use and set and forget functionality, should’ve done this 12 years ago when we installed. The only issue is the app on the iPad does not move to landscape mode when you turn the iPad in that orientation.

Great control app
Love this app and easy to use and navigate. Very stable. Looking forward to new updates.
Native support for other Automation Services
It would be good for other automation services to be natively integrated to the Velux Active hub like you have already provided for Google Assist. For example I use Samsung’s Smart Things, IFTTT, Fibaro to control automations in my home (in order of preference) and would like to expand their control over Velux. Orientation especially for iPad would be a useful improvement so that the App rotates to present the screen the right way up instead of on its side. Regards James
Love the Velux skylights and the VELUX Active app
The system can control the skylights and the blinds automatically, opening and closing depending on temperature etc. Or I can control via their app, including when I am away from home. So good!
