The current version doesn’t seem to be compatible with Apple Watch. Will this be rectified?

I downloaded the latest update today (15 Feb) but it still crashes every time I try to use the app.

This app has several issues that appear with each version. When trying to run a business that relies on using some features in this app….that then fail is frustrating. I’m almost done with the Vera platform……just too many issues

Took me 5 days to just receive an account activation email after 3 calls to the US time-zoned call centre. Not happy. Can’t even get these basics right. Support staff I spoke to were very helpful, but those on email support were not helpful. Would not recommend.

Update: I’ve been shown how to create new sections for each room which is a help, but rather time consuming with the large number of devices I have. I should not have upgraded! Lost the ability to sort by room or type. Manual ordering but that’s it. All the devices are in a small horizontal scrolling window. Very hard to locate anything. Please change back.

Why do the triggers have to be- either one trigger or both triggered at same time. As this doesn’t work when you want to set a geofencing and lux level so if it’s dark and you come into your geofence area lights should come on but because you don’t come into your geofence area at the same time the Lux reader read 1 it doesn’t trigger????

Reliable, fast and easy to navigate smart home app. Highly recommended.

Quite happy with the current performance, they have fixed all the bugs in the current updates, works fast and I have instant access to all my cameras.

Updated and initially kept crashing. Required app deletion and reinstall and all good now.

The app looks great but some ideas for future updates. 1) Ability to turn on/off lights or lock doors individually using the notification widget instead of having to open the app. 2) instead of having modes activations on Apple Watch how are about having individual control of devices instead. As Geo fencing controls Mode switching now there is no need to only have access to this feature. 3) Ability for the z-wave control unit to know when night mode needs to be activated instead of manually switching to night mode via app. Other then that it's a great app.
