When I open this app, it’s closed very quickly. I can’t log in and set up app.
Customer service is outstanding
I had a few minor issues with my Vera, which customer service addressed quickly and proficiently. Great product and service!!!
How do you change from farenheit to celsius?
Where is the Unit Settings tab? Please help!
Incompatible with Siri and Shortcuts app
The product info on the Vera website claims Vera Plus controllers work with Alexa, Google Assistant and Apple Shortcuts. The shortcuts are unable to communicate with the Vera app. I called support and the person said Vera discontinued working with Shortcuts in 2019. The product info is a bit misleading if that’s the case.
Great app and support
I’ve been using Vera for the past 11 years and this is the best app yet. Vera has also the best support team that are always ready and happy to help. Thanks for all your great help throughout the years.
Perfect companion to VeraPlus controller
Operate your smart home devices connected to the VeraPlus Controller, all from your favourite armchair. Perfect!
Camera image ability
Can no longer zoom in on camera image with this new update ... bring that back .
New design is terrible
The new design is cluttered, hard to use and confusing. Definitely a step backwards from the clean and simple layout from before the last update. The new layout reminds me of websites from 1995. Vera still doesn’t have a way to customize device icons.
Useless
Does not seem to allow switching to Home from Away - keep the app if you like coming home to a cold house
