Support for synchronization with my Premium Subscription

I have a Premium Subscription but topos and approach info were missing for some areas, by using the app. The support team gave me a great support: very fast in answering (within the same day) and the right solution.

Not working

Cannot connect to my account for several months now, am not the only one having this problem apparently.

Ne fonctionne pas

Installé sur un iPhone 6s à jour, l’application se lance mais aucun bouton n’est réactif = impossible d’entrer un zag en falaise ou salle. Et c’est la même chose avec tous les boutons (recherche amis...). Dommage car l’idée est bonne

Bonjour, Depuis la mise à jour l appli ne se lance plus. Mon iPhone est à jour. Cordialement.
