Awful app

Don’t even bother !!

Mainly sport climbing

What I’ve noticed about the app, is that it’s main focus is on sport climbing. The trad crags which are listed are just showing five or six routes. Holyhead Mountain has an abundance of trad climbing, some of it very hard. Yet, the support is not there, no indication of hard trad climbing. Which is actually really sad.

No option to delete

There is no option to remove comments or delete your account. I would like to delete my account and have emailed the company several times asking them to delete my account or give me information on how to delete my account and they haven’t responded. Awful company.

Great potential needs more UK indoor/outdoor

Absolutely love the concept behind the app as I’d love to keep track of all climbs and work towards the comps, but there’s isn’t any of the walls that I climb at in the UK that’s is the only down side to the app and the only reason I’m not using it. As soon as there’s UK indoor walls I’ll be right in there

Great app but needs Apple Watch support

I have used the app once so far and it’s a great feature for tracking what you are climbing. I have not explored all the features yet. The biggest improvement I would love, is an Apple Watch version. This would be great to quickly log routes without have to have my phone with me all the time. I hope to see this feature added soon

Doesn’t work

This would have been better if it had been created by web designers, rather than climbers. The tutorial doesn’t work and codes won’t redeem. Pointless.

Really bad..

This app should be simple and straightforward. Sorry but since the new upgrade: - all my downloaded content is lost - I had to log in and out several times and although I had paid content, the app was saying I need a premium code to access MY content - app crashes regularly - app intermittently says I need premium code for my paid content Sorry..terrible. I need an app that i can trust when I go to a crag with already downloaded content offline. Only to regularly find out without internet in the crag that app crashes and asks me to log in which is impossible without internet. Useful only when it works. Useless all other time which is a LOT a lot of time

Really good app would be more useful if could define the boulder routes more as if a wall has two of the same colour can be difficult to know which is which

Great app!! Must have for climbers

This app shows the potential that apps can have. I think that with some more support and work this app can really improve the community around climbing. Whether or not you train by yourself or you enjoy climbing with friends on the weekend I think this app has a lot of potential to make that experience more enjoyable.

LOVING IT

Since the day I got the app I have noticed that with every update they are pushing forward; adding new features, refining existing ones. It’s innovative and adds to the climbing experience. Proud to be an ambassador of such a great company.
