Well, last update have brought all the guides in Greece that were downloaded with a free-download code obtained in 8a.nu have disappeared... I'm not happy 😕
Geht so. Vergisst Premium-Abo immer wieder
Hallo, hab die App schon seit Jahren, finde sie eigentlich auch ganz in Ordnung. Aber dass ich, gerade wenn ich sie mal brauche, trotz jahrelangem Premium kein Zugriff auf Premium-Content habe, nervt schon sehr. Bitte löst dises Problem doch endlich, danke!
Absolute Vollkatastrophe
Ich habe ein Premium Account aber die App vergisst das gefühlt nach 24h. Dann muss man sich neu einloggen oder gar die App neu installieren. Infos zur Absicherung muss man teils erst suchen, dafür stehen aber immer Infos zu Parkmöglichkeiten schon strukturiert dabei- völlig falsche Prio hier ..
Guter Support.
Hatte Probleme einen neu gekauften Führer in die App zu bekommen. Support hat sehr schnell und erfolgreich geholfen. Vielen Dank.
Langsam und unzuverlässig
Leider wird das immer schlimmer. Nutze die App schon seit längerem, aber von mal zu mal laden die Topos nicht bzw ultra langsam. Da kauf ich mir lieber wieder den Führer oder Supporte die Community Seiten.
App stürzt ab
Wenn ich mir trotz Premium die Topo für einen Fels anzeigen lassen möchte, kommt die Meldung, dass ich mich erneut anmelden muss und die App hängt sich auf :(
