Excellent !
Using this with a 2022 Mercury 40hp EFI, Can see voltage, temp, rpm, fuel milage and consumption and hours. My motor came with a blue terminator plug and it works fine...though that colour is not listed in the directions.

VesselView Mobile provides Mercury Marine SmartCraft® engine owners with the ability to view live engine data, monitor fuel usage, obtain detailed descriptions when a fault occurs and receive maintenance alerts when due. The full functionality of the app is available when used in conjunction with the Bluetooth Low Energy VesselView Mobile module. This app collects and shares your precise geolocation. When the app is open and connected to your vessel it requires a continuous connection and therefore may impact the battery life of your device. Without the module, users still have access to a speedometer tool, a map with POIs, the ability to capture moments with the location tagged, plus other useful features. Mercury Marine’s VesselView Mobile app also provides users with a Web-based account.

Love the app! Would be helpful to have fuel economy shown on the live engine data screen. Currently only shows consumption based on per hour usage, would be nice to have miles per gallon/liters per hundred kilometres to save time switching between screens.
Available Gauges?
I see in the App Store the basic gauges are provided. But I see on some websites and is review comments Voltage and Temperature are provided. Have these two gauges been removed, or does the app decide which gauges are available? I have a 2017 115 Merc outboard. Would like to see Voltage and Temperature shown as well.
No longer works! *** NOW FIXED***
The app does not open on startup after the March 4, 2020 update on my iPhone SE. The app worked fine before the upgrade. Revised review: WOW! This problem was fixed in one day! Great response by Mercury! This is a very good app - 5 stars! Thanks for the app and the quick bug fix!

I just installed the new update and the application is not working anymore.
Enable Landscape View
It’s been well over a year and still no landscape view. I have sold mine bc of it, and others I have talked to won’t buy it w/o this ability-sorry but u missed the boat and are likely losing sales on an update that should have been part of the original app. Being told it is part of an upcoming update is getting old.
Feature Request
In the tear 2018, what can’t this app be viewed in landscape and portrait modes? I see loads of requests for this, it’s asked for in all the boat groups and blogs. What is the hold up? It’s very easy code to make many people happy. I can only assume there is a hidden reason why this won’t be done.
Feature Request.
Can you make the Units of Measurements unique for each sensor? I can’t get the app to display the same as the gauges on the vessel. If gauge is metric the app shows imperial and vice versa. All the sensors selected all show the opposite of what the gauges are except for battery voltage.
Landscape mode!!
Landscape mode please!!!! Its been a year. Get on with it already. Like what the hell. Why make software like this if you have no intention of supporting it???
Need a landscape version for iPad
Would greatly help especially for multiple engine applications
