The software was good but is now unusable, unless you buy an expensive subscription. If you use the software only from time to time, the costs per use are very, very high. I gladly pay for good software. But this doesn’t work for me. I perceive it as a rip off. I don‘t need better service, new features or better quality. I just need a good software as it is, without further improvement and - especially - without subscription. As it is the „valuable customer experience“ doesn‘t reach me.

I was absolutely blown away by this app. When they suddenly started charging money for OCR credits, I bought 10‘000. Now after a recent update, I suddenly can’t scan more than 5 pages. They try to force me into buying a subscription, even though I‘ve already paid for my scans. In other words, my money on OCR is now wasted. I‘ll give 5 stars again when this is corrected. Whoever paid for OCR credit needs to get the app for free until those credits are used up. Everything else is a rip off and plain cheating. You guys should be ashamed.
