This app is great ,but I have been trying to purchase multilayer and it isn’t working. How can I fix this please ?

I used to love this app (when i had the subscription) when it ended, i kind of ignored the app. My parents couldn’t afford it anymore so they told me that i might have to end the subscribtion. I was looking for ways to get the multi-layer feature for free. I found a method to screen record your phone when you apply a QR-code in the “demo” part. I decided to try it, but it sadly doesn’t work as it shows “black lines” on top of the video. I discovered that in earlier updates it didn’t do that. So i was quite disappointed. I understand that you need income for your company, but we would all appreciate if you just give us the multi-layer option for free. We all need it for our reasons. For example i use it to make fan-edits for social media as well as to create Musical.lys or “TikToks”. Please. Overall I love the app 😢❤️

I installed this app, and tried to do a video, and I didn’t get anything, it’s so messy, and it’s really complicated to learn how to montage here, and you don’t even have a normal tutorial, so I will do my video in cap cut, sorry( but I didn’t get anything
Great app, but very buggy.
Hi! I’ve been a video star editor for 2 years now and i also pay for pro, it’s a really great app and you are able to do a lot of things, but it’s very buggy. For example, i was trying to make an edit earlier and it literally would not let me meddle my scenes, it just kept saying “error. cant merge scenes, try again.” I kept trying and re opening and closing the app but nothing would work. It still won’t let me merge the scenes.
